  • Organized the first event, which had over 50 attendees, as a meet and greet with female faculty and women enrolled in the major in order to start building these relationships

Vice President of Intellectual Development

  • Held a leadership position that facilitated achieving the highest average GPA of all Greek chapters in Spring 2015 by helping members with lower GPAs improve and creating academic incentives to maintain high GPAs
